Learn with the MTA and Earn PDPs

The MTA offers free professional development for members to earn up to 15 PDPs toward license renewal. These member-designed workshops cover different areas, including special education and English learners.

Spring Professional Development Courses

Registration for spring courses opens at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2026. Courses are online and asynchronous, there will be no in-person sessions.

Courses are free to MTA members and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrants can only participate in one program offering during the spring session.
